I feel so lucky to live in Hawaii where I have great subjects, landscapes and light in which to shoot. The island has been my muse for several years. Every day it is different and it reveals something new each time I go out with my camera. I shoot in all natural light and don't retouch massively. I prefer natural colors in my shots. The gentle morning and evening light here in Hawaii contributes a lot to the colors being so vibrant. We also get great stormy skies which offset the vivid greens on the island and make for fantastic shots. I hope you enjoy the views, subjects and colors.

I have been fortunate to work and travel all over the world in many exotic locations including Palau and Micronesia, Dominica, Bali, Sulawesi, Australia, New Zealand, England, Greece, France, Thailand, Vietnam, Uganda and Ukraine. Many of those images were taken before the digital era came into being so I will scan in those negatives and upload the images as time (and money) allows.

Usually nature is my muse as well as the island on which I live. I love simple, sharp, clean, vivid color shots.  Photography is like music to me- clear, simple notes that contribute to the whole piece.
