Cheers to Ten Years in the Studio

Ten years ago today, on August 17, 2016, we blessed and opened our first brick-and-mortar photography studio on Maui. 🌺📸

After starting my business in 2008, opening our studio allowed my team and me to expand the services we could offer—from location photography to commercial, product, branding, and headshot photography.

That studio became especially meaningful during some of Maui’s most challenging years. We were able to continue providing essential services to our clients during the pandemic and after the devastating 2023 Maui fires. When visitor numbers drastically declined, we helped local small businesses adapt by photographing their products so they could expand their online presence and reach customers around the world.

We also launched The Maui Headshot Project, helping local nonprofits receive much-needed donations while providing updated headshots for people pivoting in their careers, seeking new opportunities, or simply wanting to help our Maui community during times of disaster. We were incredibly honored to be recognized as a Hometown Hero for this work.

And for more than a decade, we've proudly been a 1% for the Planet Business Member, supporting environmental nonprofits and helping preserve the playground we’re so fortunate to call home. 🌎💚

Every booking gives back to our local community, and we’re so grateful to have built a business that allows us to do what we love while giving back to the place we love.
