KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS CAREER DAY FEATURES MAUI PHOTOGRAPHER AUBREY HORD

It was such a joy to be part of Kamehameha Schools Maui Career Day today!

First, I was invited to present to two groups from the senior class with fellow portrait photographer and newborn specialist, Kristy Copperfield.

Afterwards, I joined dozens of community businesses at the Career Day Exhibition. I answered student questions about my profession and sharing information about my business as an entrepreneur, small business owner and full-time photography studio owner.

Mahalo to Priscilla Mikell in the Career Office for organizing and all the companies and small business owners who volunteered their time today to speak to students as well as those who set up an exhibit in the gym to speak to students in grades 9-12. I am honored to be a part of the community minded businesses who support education and sharing our knowledge with younger generations to that they too, receive the opportunity to be successful in Maui County.
